本文用薄层电池-液相色谱电分析仪的新技术,研究了几种染料中间体:对氨基苯磺酸、联苯胺、邻甲联苯胺、对氨基偶氮苯四种含氮化合物的混合体系的连续分离和检测。选择了以甲醇∶0.1N HAc—NaAc(pH4.6)=75∶25(体积比)的溶液为流动相,流速为0.90ml/min的实验条件。结果表明:进样体积为10μl最低检测量为1—2ppb。方法的精密度±0.1。工作曲线线性范围1×10~(-4)M—1×10~(-7)M。整个分离检测在八分半钟即可完成,方法的回收率92—106%。
