随着我国改革开放政策逐渐完善和深入,越来越多的经济项目正如雨后春笋般出现,房产建筑为我国经济领头羊,近年来投入施工的建筑工程逐渐增加,在我国经济所占比例越来越高。建筑工程施工周期相对其它工程偏长且涉及到了多个不同的领域,对房产建筑工程的成本控制越来越困难。我国建筑工程的成本控制发展得还不够完善,因此了解房产建筑工程成本控制中常见问题并针对性制定对策非常必要。
With the gradual improvement and deepening of China’s policy of reform and opening up, more and more economic projects have mushroomed. Real estate construction has taken the lead in China’s economy. The construction projects put into operation in recent years have been gradually increasing, and their proportion in our economy has become increasingly larger high. Construction of the construction cycle relative to other projects lengthy and involves a number of different areas, the real estate construction cost control more and more difficult. The cost control of construction projects in our country is still not perfect enough. Therefore, it is very necessary to understand the common problems in the cost control of real estate construction projects and to make targeted measures.
