讨论了换能器偏心、多重反射、波束轴向与横向冲激效应、换能器近壁效应和瓣型效应等影响血管内高频超声图像质量的因素,其中换能器偏心是影响图像质量的主要因素,进而提出一种基于血管内超声回波散射声场模型的图像灰度偏心校正方法,并采用乳胶管仿体和离体猪颈动脉进行实验.实验结果证明,该方法可以消除换能器偏心造成的图像灰度沿圆周方向分布的不均匀性,恢复被掩盖的血管壁内部信息,以便于弹性成像过程中的边缘提取和运动估计.
