目的:研究桂花树根的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20等多种材料对桂花树根醇提物进行分离纯化,通过理化方法及波谱分析对分离得到的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:从桂花树根中分离鉴定了13个黄酮类化合物,分别为:光甘草酚(1)、二氢槲皮素(2)、2’-羟基-5,7,8-三甲氧基黄酮(3)、lupinifolin(4)、根皮素(5)、芹菜素(6)、毛瑞异黄酮(7)、槲皮素(8)、3’,4’,5,7-四羟基二氢黄酮(9)、5-羟基-7,8,2’,6’-四甲氧基黄酮(10)、4,2’,4’-三羟基查耳酮(11)、tonkinensisol(12)、山柰酚(13)。结论:其中,化合物1~5、7、9~12为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of osmanthus root. Methods: Silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and other materials were used to separate and purify the root exudates of Osmanthus fragrans. The structures of the isolated compounds were identified by physicochemical methods and spectroscopic analysis. Results: Thirteen flavonoids were isolated and identified from the roots of Osmanthus fragrans. They were: glycomciferol (1), dihydroquercetin (2), 2’-hydroxy-5,7,8-trimethoxyflavone (3), lupinifolin (4), phloretin (5), apigenin (6), tribulus terrestris (7), quercetin (8), 3 ’, 4’, 5,7- Flavonoids (9), 5-hydroxy-7,8,2 ’, 6’-tetramethoxyflavone (10), 4,2’, 4’-trihydroxychalcone (11) , Kaempferol (13). Conclusion: Among them, compounds 1 ~ 5, 7, 9 ~ 12 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
