按劳动力价值决定工资并不意味着按劳分配 ,二者有着根本区别 ,应该按照个人劳动进行分配 ,而不是单单以劳动力价值来决定工资。
Determining wages according to the value of labor does not imply a distribution according to work. The two are fundamentally different and should be allocated on an individual basis rather than on the value of labor alone.
