内皮祖细胞是血管内皮细胞的前体细胞。研究发现内皮祖细胞不仅参与胚胎期的血管生成,也存在于成体骨髓、外周血及脐血中。内源性和外源性因素刺激可动员骨髓内皮祖细胞进入外周血,参与缺血组织的血管重建和损伤血管的再内皮化过程。因此,内皮祖细胞在缺血性疾病、血管修复中具有广阔的临床运用前景。
Endothelial progenitor cells are precursor cells to vascular endothelial cells. The study found that endothelial progenitor cells not only involved in the embryonic angiogenesis, also exists in adult bone marrow, peripheral blood and cord blood. Endogenous and exogenous factors can stimulate the mobilization of bone marrow endothelial progenitor cells into the peripheral blood, involved in the reconstruction of ischemic tissue and vascular injury re-endothelialization process. Therefore, endothelial progenitor cells in the ischemic disease, vascular repair has broad prospects for clinical application.
