目的 :探讨环化酶相关蛋白1(cyclase-associated protein 1,CAP1)在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法 :收集93例乳腺癌组织及其相应的癌旁组织,应用免疫组织化学法检测CAP1和增殖抗原Ki-67在乳腺癌组织及其相应癌旁组织中的表达,分析CAP1与乳腺癌患者临床病理参数之间的关系以及对乳腺癌患者预后的影响。结果 :乳腺癌组织中CAP1和Ki-67的表达水平均高于其相应的癌旁组织(P值均<0.01)。CAP1和Ki-67高表达与乳腺癌组织的分化程度(P<0.001和P=0.001)、腋窝淋巴结转移(P=0.011和P=0.007)和雌激素受体(estrogen receptor,ER)表达(P=0.031和P=0.026)有关,但与患者的年龄、肿瘤大小、组织学类型、孕激素受体(progesterone receptor,PR)表达、人类表皮生长因子受体(2human epidermal growth factor receptor-2,HER2)表达和p53表达无关(P值均>0.05);乳腺癌组织中CAP1表达与Ki-67表达呈正相关(r~2=0.403,P=0.002)。组织分化程度、腋窝淋巴结状态、CAP1表达和Ki-67表达是乳腺癌患者预后的独立影响因素(P值均<0.05)。结论 :乳腺癌组织中CAP1高表达,可能在乳腺癌细胞增殖中发挥重要作用。
Objective: To investigate the expression and clinical significance of cyclase-associated protein 1 (CAP1) in breast cancer. METHODS: Ninety-three cases of breast cancer tissues and their corresponding adjacent tissues were collected. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of CAP1 and proliferative antigen Ki-67 in breast cancer tissues and their corresponding adjacent tissues. The clinical characteristics of CAP1 and breast cancer patients were analyzed. The relationship between pathological parameters and the impact on the prognosis of breast cancer patients. Results: The expression levels of CAP1 and Ki-67 in breast cancer tissues were higher than those in their corresponding adjacent tissues (P<0.01). High-expression of CAP1 and Ki-67 and differentiation of breast cancer tissues (P<0.001 and P=0.001), axillary lymph node metastasis (P=0.011 and P=0.007) and estrogen receptor (ER) expression (P) =0.031 and P=0.026), but related to patient’s age, tumor size, histological type, progesterone receptor (PR) expression, human epidermal growth factor receptor-2 (HER2) Expression was not related to p53 expression (P>0.05). The expression of CAP1 was positively correlated with the expression of Ki-67 in breast cancer tissues (r~2=0.403, P=0.002). The degree of tissue differentiation, axillary lymph node status, CAP1 expression, and Ki-67 expression were independent prognostic factors for breast cancer patients (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The high expression of CAP1 in breast cancer tissues may play an important role in the proliferation of breast cancer cells.
