为了快速鉴定S4′S4′纯合基因型甜樱桃个体,利用已发表的S4′基因特异引物,以甜樱桃品种Lapins基因组DNA为模板建立了S4′基因AS-PCR体系,扩增得到了S4′基因,经测序得到S4′基因序列,证实了S4′基因的可靠性,并利用此扩增体系和已发表的S1基因鉴定体系,从Lapins自交后代中鉴定出2株S4′S4′纯合基因型个体,大大缩短了甜樱桃自交亲和纯合体种质资源的筛选时间,为今后甜樱桃自交亲和新品种选育提供了较为理想的种质资源。
In order to rapidly identify S4’S4 ’homozygous sweet cherry individuals, the S4’ gene AS-PCR system was established by using the published S4 ’gene-specific primers and the Lapins genomic DNA of sweet cherry varieties as a template.
