本文在总结归纳前人研究的基础之上,采用问卷调查的形式,对来自安徽、浙江等地不同企业中的266名员工进行了调查,考察了核心自我评价、心理授权、过度教育及组织公民行为几个变量之间的关系。研究得到如下结论:(1)核心自我评价对组织公民行为有积极预测作用;(2)心理授权在核心自我评价与组织公民行为关系之间起部分中介作用;(3)过度教育对在心理授权的中介效应中起调节作用。
Based on the summary of previous studies, this paper investigates 266 employees from different enterprises in Anhui, Zhejiang and other places in a questionnaire survey and examines core self-assessment, psychological empowerment, over-education and organizational citizenship Relationship between several variables. The conclusions are as follows: (1) Core self-assessment positively predicts OCB; (2) Psychological empowerment plays an intermediary role in the relationship between core self-assessment and OCB; (3) Mediator effect in the regulation role.
