本文拟在编制公交企业工资预算时对驾驶员的平均工资进行生产要素的分解,在实际分配时,根据各项生产要素的变动来调整预算平均工资和工资总额,以及时适应劳动效率、劳动强度的变化而不断优化调整人均工资水平,达到驾驶员工资总额的控制,在兼顾公平与效率及按劳分配的发放原则的同时,提高企业的经济效益。
