通过对A断块油田的油藏特征再认识和数值模拟研究，设计了该断块在中高含水期以调剖为中心的综合治理方案。综合治理方案实施结果表明：制定的方案使调剖与其它治理措施相结合能起到相辅相成的协同作用。治理后最终采收率增加11．60％，含水上升率明显下降，投入产出比1：4．72。
Based on the re-understanding and numerical simulation of the reservoir characteristics of A fault block oilfield, a comprehensive control scheme centered on profile control in mid-high water cut period was designed. The results of the comprehensive management plan show that: the plan developed to make profile control and other governance measures combined can play a synergistic effect. After the treatment, the final recovery rate increased by 11.60%, the water cut rate decreased obviously, and the input-output ratio was 1: 4.72.
