对于公安消防部队来讲,不断完善资产预算与管理相结合的新途径和新方式,保证部队资产的完整、安全,实现资产效益最大化始终是摆在消防部队财务管理面前一道现实性的课题。文章从公安消防部队预算管理和资产管理过程中存在的主要问题入手,结合公安消防部队财务管理的特点,提出了相应的对策,从而提升部队的资产管理和使用效益。
As for the public security fire brigade, it is a realistic issue in front of the financial management of the fire brigade to constantly improve the new ways and new ways of combining asset budgeting and management to ensure the integrity and security of the military assets and maximize the benefits of assets. This article starts with the main problems existing in the budget management and assets management process of public security fire brigade and puts forward corresponding countermeasures in light of the characteristics of the financial management of the public security fire brigade so as to enhance the asset management and use efficiency of the units.
