目的探讨完善药品管理与发放制度对西药房工作效率的影响。方法选取2011年9月至2014年9月郑州煤炭工业(集团)有限责任公司大平煤矿医院西药房的6650张处方为研究对象,将2011年9月至2012年9月未实施改善措施的3250张处方设为对照组,2013年9月至2014年9月实施改善措施后的3400张处方作为观察组,比较两组取药时间、药品盘点时间、账目符合率以及给药差错率。结果观察组的取药时间、药品盘点时间均明显短于对照组,账目符合率明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组处方的给药总差错率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加强西药房的药品管理和发放工作,对西药房药物混淆因素采取预防措,是降低药物混淆,提高西药房窗口服务质量的关键。
Objective To explore the impact of improving drug administration and payment system on the work efficiency of western pharmacy. Methods 6650 prescriptions of western pharmacy in Daping Coal Mine Hospital of Zhengzhou Coal Industry (Group) Co., Ltd. from September 2011 to September 2014 were selected as the research objects, and 3250 sheets of measures that were not implemented for improvement from September 2011 to September 2012 The prescription was set as the control group. From September 2013 to September 2014, 3400 prescriptions after the improvement measures were taken as the observation group. The extraction time, drug inventory time, accounting coincidence rate and dosing error rate of the two groups were compared. Results The taking time and inventory time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group, and the coincidence of the accounts was significantly higher than that of the control group (all P <0.05). The total error rate of the prescription in the observation group was significantly Lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion It is the key to reduce drug confusion and improve the quality of service in western pharmacy by strengthening the management and distribution of medicines in western pharmacies and taking precautionary measures against drug confusion in western pharmacies.
