自动化情绪调节是由自动化目标驱动,个体在没有意识参与和控制的情况下对情绪进行调节的过程。它在人类日常生活中具有普遍性和持续性,对个体的情绪反应有着深远的影响。自动化情绪调节可分为反应关注的自动化情绪调节和前提关注的自动化情绪调节。自动化情绪调节涉及的功能性脑区主要包括眶额皮质、前额皮层、胼胝体下扣带回皮层。自动化情绪调节的实验方法和技术手段有待于进一步拓展,其神经机制尚需进一步完善。
Automated emotional regulation is driven by an automation goal and the individual regulates emotions without conscious participation and control. It is universal and persistent in human daily life and has a far-reaching impact on an individual’s emotional response. Automated emotional regulation can be divided into automated emotional regulation of response concerns and automated emotional regulation of preconditions. The functional brain regions involved in the regulation of automated emotion mainly include the orbitofrontal cortex, the prefrontal cortex, and the corpus callosum cingulate cortex. The experimental methods and technical means of automatic emotion regulation need to be further expanded, and their neural mechanisms need to be further improved.
