分层注水是水驱阶段减少层间矛盾，扩大波及体积，提高采收率的有力措施。聚合物驱分层注入对分注工艺提出了更高的要求。目前分层注入工艺流程主要有两种模式：一种采用注入泵站站内双泵站外双管分注工艺，两个层注入量由站内控制；另一种为站内单泵站外单管，再注入井口使用流量控制器降压分流出另一条管道实现分注目的，站内控制总量。双泵双管分注工艺管理方便，但投资高，单泵单管分注工艺投资省，维护费用低，但需生产单位加强管理。
