光敏核不育水稻育性转变与乙烯、多胺的关系已有报道。骆炳山等报道光敏核不育水稻(PGMR)的雄性不育与穗中高乙烯水平有关。冯剑亚等的研究表明PGMR的雄性不育与幼穗中低多胺水平有关。为了进一步了解多胺与乙烯代谢在PGMR育性转换中的作用,1990年用乙烯利和氯化钴进行了试验。
Photosensitive genic male-sterile rice fertility changes and ethylene, polyamine relationship has been reported. Luo Bingshan et al reported that male sterility of Photo-sensitive Genic Male Sterile Rice (PGMR) is related to high ethylene content in ears. Fung Jian-ya and other studies have shown that PGMR male sterility and panicle mid-low polyamine levels. In order to further understand the role of polyamines and ethylene metabolism in PGMR fertility transitions, ethephon and cobalt chloride were tested in 1990.
