全面预算管理是一种先进的管理手段,目前已在企业广泛应用。近年来,随着医药市场竞争的日趋激烈化,不少企业为提高自身经济管理水平,逐步在企业内部开展了全面预算的管理。然而,由于缺乏对全面预算的系统性管理,医药企业预算管理中还存在许多问题得不到实质性解决。基于此,笔者认为有必要结合全面预算管理在企业的推行现状,对全面预算管理在医药企业中的应用进行深入研究。
Total budget management is an advanced management tool and is widely used in enterprises. In recent years, with the increasingly fierce competition in the pharmaceutical market, many enterprises have gradually carried out comprehensive budget management within their enterprises in order to improve their own economic management level. However, due to the lack of systematic management of the overall budget, there are still many problems in the budget management of pharmaceutical enterprises that can not be substantially solved. Based on this, I think it is necessary to combine the overall budget management in the implementation of the status quo in the enterprise, the full budget management in pharmaceutical companies in-depth study.
