通过蒸压粉煤灰砖砌体和黏土砖砌体沿通缝抗剪强度的试验表明:蒸压粉煤灰砖砌体试件破坏形态表现为单剪面、双剪面和块体破坏;出现块体破坏是由于蒸压粉煤灰砖脆性大;蒸压粉煤灰砖砌体的通缝抗剪强度明显低于黏土砖砌体。蒸压粉煤灰砖表面光滑,相互约束变形能力差,吸水速度慢且吸水量大,使得砂浆流动性减弱和砂浆中水泥未完全水化。
The tests on the shear strength of fly ash brick masonry and clay brick masonry along the through seam by autoclaved autoclaved show that the failure modes of autoclaved fly ash brick masonry specimen are single shear surface, double shear surface and block failure. The appearance of block failure is due to the brittleness of autoclaved fly ash bricks. The shear strength of through-seam of autoclaved fly ash brick masonry is obviously lower than that of clay brick masonry. The autoclaved fly ash bricks have smooth surfaces, poor mutual restraint deformation capacity, slow water absorption and large water absorption, which make the mortar fluidity weakened and the cement in the mortar not completely hydrated.
