当前国际国内经济、技术的激烈竞争,究其根本是人才的竞争,尤其是高层次、复合型人才的竞争。对现代化企业而言更是如此,企业要想获得稳步、高速的发展,离不开一支高素质和具有专业技术的人才队伍。而作为人才信息缩影的人事档案,不仅是各类人才在社会实践活动中所形成的原始记录,也是企业实现良好人力资源管理的重要依据。本文结合实际工作经验,从企业人事档案管理工作的内容及特点出发,并主要就人事档案管理在企业人力资源管理中的作用进行了分析与探讨。
At present, the fierce competition in economy and technology in the world and abroad is basically the competition of talents, especially the competition of high-level and complex talents. This is even more true for modern enterprises. To achieve steady and rapid development, enterprises need a contingent of highly qualified and professional technicians. As a microcosm of personnel information, the personnel files are not only the original records formed by all kinds of people in social practice activities, but also the important basis for enterprises to achieve good human resources management. Based on the actual working experience, this article starts from the content and characteristics of enterprise personnel file management, and mainly analyzes and discusses the role of personnel file management in enterprise human resource management.
