利用32对In Del标记和18对SSR标记对200份太湖流域水稻地方品种进行籼粳分析和遗传多样性分析。籼型指数≤0.1的有179份,属典型粳稻;籼型指数0.11~0.25之间的有1份,属粳稻;籼型指数0.26~0.39之间的有1份,属偏粳稻;籼型指数0.75~0.89之间的有2份,属籼稻;籼型指数≥0.90的有17份,属典型籼稻,太湖流域地方品种以典型粳稻和典型籼稻为主。32对In Del标记和18对SSR引物遗传多样性分析共检测出156个等位基因,每对引物可检测出2~9个等位基因,平均为3.12个,UPGMA聚类分析结果表明,在遗传相似系数0.42处,地方品种籼稻和粳稻可以明确区分出来,在遗传相似系数0.77和0.82处,籼稻和粳稻又都可以分2个群。
Indica-japonica analysis and genetic diversity analysis of 200 rice landraces in the Taihu Lake Basin were conducted using 32 pairs of In Del markers and 18 pairs of SSR markers. 179 belong to indica type index ≤0.1, belong to typical japonica rice; 1 in indica type index between 0.11 ~ 0.25, belonging to japonica rice; 1 in indica type index between 0.26 and 0.39, belonging to partial japonica rice; indica type index There were 2 between 0.75 and 0.89, belonging to indica rice.
