每年春节过后照例是企业员工的跳槽旺季,玩具企业用工问题尤为我们所关注(报道详见本期第36页)。为了备足人手、稳定生产,企业可谓是出尽奇招。广东澄海地区的一家玩具厂,今年首次尝试利用社交软件如微信、陌陌等,发布招聘信息,并收到了实际的效果,招入数位新员工。这则有趣的信息让笔者又一次见识到,社交软件除了用来抢抢红包、发发自拍、刷刷朋友圈之外,还有更奇妙的用途。
As usual, after the Spring Festival each year, employees are experiencing a peak season for their employees. A toy factory in Chenghai, Guangdong Province, this year made its first attempt this year to use social software such as WeChat and Momo, to release recruitment information and receive practical results and recruit several new employees.
