1990年6月和11月,我们分两次对浙南温岭和黄岩海域、浙东象山港和三门湾海域、舟山普蛇海域的33份毛蚶,以ELISA双抗体夹心法和甲肝病毒CDNA基因探针技术,通过CDNA—RNA核酸分子杂交相互核证,进行甲肝病毒检测。毛蚶标本每50只为1份,混合检样。33份中,采自浙东普陀海域5个养殖点的11份,象山港、三门湾10个养殖点的10份,浙南温岭、黄岩海域12个养殖点的12份,将毛蚶毛壳洗净,开壳取其腮及消化腺,经匀浆、氯仿去脂及蛋白质、PEG沉淀、离心后,吸取提取液用
