以高碘酸钠为氧化剂,采用超声波辅助氧化法制备多醛基海带胶。通过考察氧化剂用量、反应时间以及反应温度筛选适合的工艺条件;使用盐酸羟胺-氢氧化钠电位滴定法测定其氧化度,并采用菲林试剂以及红外波谱等方法对多醛基海带胶进行结构表征。实验结果表明,在最适合工艺条件下,即溶剂乙醇与去离子水的体积比为1:2.5、高碘酸钠与海带胶的质量比为88%、超声作用时间30min、反应温度控制在5℃、反应时间为4h;海带胶氧化度为68%,多醛基海带胶收率60%。
Using sodium periodate as oxidant, ultrasonic aldehyde-assisted oxidation method was used to prepare polyaldehyde-based kelp gelatin. The optimum conditions were screened by examining the amount of oxidant, the reaction time and the reaction temperature. The degree of oxidation was determined by potentiometric titration with hydroxylamine hydrochloride and sodium hydroxide. The structure of the polyaldrin-based kelp gel was characterized by means of film-forming reagent and infrared spectroscopy. The experimental results show that under the optimum conditions, the volume ratio of solvent ethanol to deionized water is 1: 2.5, the mass ratio of sodium periodate to kelp gum is 88%, the sonication time is 30 min and the reaction temperature is controlled at 5 ℃, the reaction time is 4h; the degree of oxidation of kelp glue is 68%, the yield of polyaldehyde-based kelp glue is 60%.
