经胄镜诊断53例食管静脉曲张玻裂出血患者随机分成善待定治疗组（25例）和脑垂体后叶素对照组（28例）。结果治疗组24小时内止血率88（22／25），对照组57％（16／28），两组差异显著（P＜0.01），治疗组副作用明显低于对照组。
Fifty-three patients with esophageal variceal bleeding were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 25) and pituitrin control group (n = 28). Results The hemostasis rate in the treatment group was 88 (22/25) in 24 hours and 57% (16/28) in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). The side effects in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group.
