研究表明,影响空拉管壁厚度化的因素应是管坯的径厚比(D_H/S_H)及相对拉伸应力K(δ拉/β_(σ_s)~-)。在实际生产条件下考虑两者联合影响所得到的临界系数D_H/S_H≈3.6—7.6,突破了多年来人们所沿用的影响因素只有D_H/S_H及临界系数D_H/S_H=5—6的论断。同时,从理论与实践两个方面研究了诸如材质、道次变形量、拉伸道次、润滑、拉速及模子参数等工艺条件对空拉管壁厚变化的影响。结果表明,它们是通过改变K值而起作用的。
The results show that the factors that affect the thickness of the hollow tube wall should be the tube diameter ratio (D_H / S_H) and the relative tensile stress K (δ pull / β_ (σ_s) ~ -). Considering the combined effect of the two factors, D_H / S_H≈3.6-7.6, under the actual conditions of production, we break through the fact that only D_H / S_H and critical factors D_H / S_H = 5-6 are used by people over the years. At the same time, the effects of process conditions such as material, pass deformation, drawing pass, lubrication, pulling speed and mold parameters on the empty tube wall thickness were studied in theory and practice. The results show that they work by changing the K value.
