随着经济和社会发展,我国很多城市发展定位为国际大都市,与当代国际大都市相比较,我国的城市发展存在很大的差距,原因是我国城市的市政管理水平落后。西安要建设国际化大都市,不仅具有现代化大都市的硬件性特征,还需要运用先进科学的市政管理措施和方式。本文首先分析市政管理的概念与内涵,然后分析国际大都市和国际化大都市的比较,最后尝试基于市政管理视角探索西安国际化大都市建设的路径。
With the economic and social development, many cities in our country are positioned as international metropolis. Compared with the contemporary international metropolis, there is a big gap between the urban development in our country because the level of municipal administration in our country lags behind. To build an international metropolis in Xi’an, Xi’an not only has the hardware characteristics of a modern metropolis, but also needs advanced and scientific municipal management measures and methods. This article first analyzes the concept and connotation of municipal management, then analyzes the comparison of international metropolis and cosmopolitan city, finally tries to explore the path of Xi’an international metropolis construction from the perspective of municipal administration.
