北京市怀柔区《中国居民膳食指南》推广工作评估

目的了解北京市怀柔区居民《中国居民膳食指南》相关知识知晓及健康行为现状,为进一步有针对性地推广膳食指南,提高居民健康知识水平和行为能力提供依据。方法采取整群分层随机抽样方法,在严格的质量控制下于2014年6—7月对怀柔区16个街道/乡镇32个居委会/村的18~69岁常住人口进行问卷调查,并进行统计学分析。结果该区居民对《中国居民膳食宝塔》的知晓率为67.6%;对食盐摄入量的知晓率为77.6%,每次都使用限盐勺的为9.9%;对食用油推荐量的知晓率为32.7%,每次都使用限油壶的为10.4%;对成人每天活动量的知晓率为19.8%,每天6 000步活动水平达标率为69.8%。结论怀柔区居民对膳食指南相关知识的知晓率有待提高,健康支持性工具使用率较低,应加强膳食指南知识及健康支持性工具使用的宣传力度,以达到改善全民营养与健康状况,控制和减少慢性病的目的。 Objective To understand the status quo of knowledge and health behavior of residents in China in the Huairou District of Beijing for the purpose of further promoting dietary guidelines and improving residents’ health knowledge and capacity. Methods A cluster stratified random sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey of residents aged 18-69 in 32 neighborhoods / towns in 16 streets / towns and villages in Huairou district from June to July 2014 under strict quality control. Analysis. Results The residents ’awareness rate of “Chinese residents’ pagoda” was 67.6%, their awareness of salt intake was 77.6%, and the use of salt-limited spoon was 9.9% at each time. The awareness of the recommended amount of cooking oil , 32.7%, using a limit oil pot of 10.4% each time. The awareness rate of daily activities for adults was 19.8%, and the daily compliance rate of 6,000 steps was 69.8%. Conclusions The residents of Huairou District need to improve the awareness of dietary guidelines and the low utilization rate of health support tools. The guidelines of dietary guidelines and health supportive tools should be strengthened in order to achieve the goal of improving nutrition and health of all people, Reduce the purpose of chronic diseases.
