目的分析胰岛素样因子3(insulin like factor 3,INSL 3)应用于男性迟发性性腺功能减退(late onset hypogonadism,LOH)诊断的可行性。方法选取中老年男性,间隔1个月抽取空腹晨血2次,分析INSL 3在血清中的平均浓度及其稳定性;依据男性LOH的诊断标准,分析患者组与正常对照组之间血清中INSL 3的浓度是否存在差异。结果接受重复抽血的中老年男性44人,血清INSL 3的浓度均值为(1.86±0.64)ng/m L,经过1个月的间隔期血清中INSL 3的浓度变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在患者组与正常对照组之间血清中INSL 3的浓度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。进一步研究发现血清INSL 3浓度与促黄体生成素(luteotropic hormone,LH)、总睾酮、游离睾酮之间存在相关性(P<0.05),而与绝育术、烟酒、糖尿病、高血压、冠心病、体质量指数和中老年男性症状量表(aging males’symptoms scale,AMS)评分之间无相关性(P>0.05)。结论初步研究提示血清INSL 3与男性性腺功能状态紧密相关且表达稳定,有望用于LOH的诊断。
Objective To analyze the feasibility of insulin like factor 3 (INSL 3) in the diagnosis of late onset hypogonadism (LOH) in men. Methods The middle-aged and elderly men were enrolled in this study. The fasting morning blood was drawn twice a month at intervals of one month to analyze the average concentration of INSL 3 in serum and its stability. According to the diagnostic criteria of male LOH, the serum INSL 3 concentration is there any difference. Results There were 44 middle-aged and old men receiving repeated blood draw. The serum mean concentration of INSL 3 was (1.86 ± 0.64) ng / m L, and there was no significant difference in serum INSL 3 concentration after 1-month interval (P > 0.05). The serum concentration of INSL 3 was significantly different between the patient group and the normal control group (P <0.05). Further study found that there was a correlation between serum INSL 3 concentration and luteotropic hormone (LH), total testosterone, free testosterone (P <0.05), but not with sterilization, alcohol and tobacco, diabetes, hypertension, coronary heart disease There was no correlation between body mass index and aging males’ symptom scale (AMS) score (P> 0.05). Conclusion Preliminary studies suggest that serum INSL 3 is closely related to male gonadal function and stable in expression, which is expected to be useful for the diagnosis of LOH.
