《农作物种子质量纠纷田间现场鉴定办法》(以下简称《办法》),是规范田间现场鉴定程序和方法的专门法规。发生农作物种子质量纠纷进行田间现场技术鉴定活动,必须遵循该《办法》。在实践中,田间现场鉴定难度较大,涉及鉴定的程序和方法问题较多。现借助下列案例,就种子纠纷现场鉴定程序的有关问题,略作探讨。
The Measures for Field Appraisal of Crop Seed Quality Dispute (hereinafter referred to as the “Measures”) is a special regulation to standardize procedures and methods for field appraisal in the field. Occurrence of crop seed quality dispute on-site technical appraisal activities, must follow the “approach.” In practice, the field field identification is more difficult, there are more problems in the procedures and methods involved in identification. With the help of the following cases, we will make a brief discussion on the issues related to the procedure for the identification of seed disputes.
