一起经济案件带出了一批贪官,身为陕西省延安大学校长的惠延德,就是其中的一个。2002年6月,陕西省横山县人民检察院在侦查榆林地区建筑工程公司第六工程处处长冯巨高涉嫌违纪违法案时,发现冯曾给惠延德行贿15万元人民币,并马上向上级作了汇报。陕西省纪委高度重视,在派人对此予以核实后,于2002年7月5日,对惠延德采取“两规”措施。此后,经过近一个月的艰苦努力,办案人员基本查清了惠延德收受巨额贿赂的事实。2002年7月26日,陕西省人民检察院以涉嫌受贿依法将惠延德予以逮捕。由一个众人敬仰的正厅级领导干部、大学校长,沦为人们唾弃的腐败分子,惠延德痛心疾首,如在梦中……
