我厂造气车间水煤气工段发生炉装置在1958年大跃进的基础上,1959年上半年又不断地創造了高产紀录,以无烟煤为原料,单炉造气量最大达到7800米~3/小时,单爐平均造气量亦由设计能力3200米~3/时提高至5750米~3/时。在厂党委的領导下,1959年下半年又繼續鼓足干劲,坚决克服了右倾松劲情緒,全厂掀起了一个以增产节約为中心的轰轰烈烈的群众运动高潮,使生产水平又大大提高了一步,两台炉造气时,单爐平均造气量达到了6364米~3/时,气化强度为1035米~3/米~2·时,平均气化率提高到1483米~3/吨无烟煤,水煤气有效气体組成(CO+H_2)亦由86.52%提高到87.18%。現将点滴經驗总结于后,以供参考。提高风压加大吹风强度无烟煤的反应活性較差,活性表面小,挥发份含量較高,因此需要通过提高爐溫的办法加以补
