运用计算流体力学(CFD)软件对多环路反应堆主止回阀流道模型进行水力特性分析。采用主泵出口非均匀流场,计算主止回阀全开状态下水冲力矩。考虑非均匀流场下影响主止回阀水力特性关键结构因素,依据水力特性计算结果开展改进设计,并对改进设计后的模型重新进行数值分析。结果表明:采用泵阀耦合运行非均匀流场时,与改进前相比,改进后主止回阀阀板全开状态下所受趋开水冲力矩增大,阻力损失大幅降低,较好适用泵阀耦合非均匀流场下运行工况,满足系统运行要求。
The hydraulic characteristics of the main check valve runner model in multi - loop reactor was analyzed by computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software. The main pump outlet non-uniform flow field, calculate the main check valve fully open state under the red moment. Considering the key structural factors that affect the hydraulic characteristics of the main check valve under non-uniform flow field, the improved design is carried out based on the calculation results of the hydraulic characteristics, and the numerical analysis of the improved design model is carried out again. The results show that compared with the pre-modification, compared with the pre-modification, the open torque of the improved valve plate under open state increases and the resistance loss greatly decreases, which is better for the pump Valve coupling non-uniform flow field operating conditions to meet the system requirements.
