采用钛酸四丁酯(TBT)凝胶溶胶低温水热法可制备出具备锐钛矿TiO_2晶型的TiO_2/PES复合膜。TiO_2/PES表面均匀覆盖了纳米级TiO_2颗粒薄层,较PES原膜表现出更好的亲水性,其表面接触角(CA值)为53°。物理清洗试验表明,该复合膜可稳定保持表面亲水性,试验后CA值仅小幅上升至60°。TiO_2/PES复合膜在腐殖酸水溶液(2 mg/L)死端过滤试验中表现出更好的抗污染性能,运行8个周期后,复合膜通量较PES原膜高约21%。此外,通过扫描电镜(SEM)观察可知,TiO_2/PES复合膜具有较好的抑菌性。
TiO 2 / PES composite films with anatase TiO 2 crystal were prepared by low temperature hydrothermal method using tetrabutyl titanate (TBT) gel. The TiO 2 / PES surface uniformly covered the thin layer of nano-sized TiO 2 particles, showing better hydrophilicity than the PES original film. The surface contact angle (CA value) was 53 °. Physical cleaning test showed that the composite membrane can maintain the hydrophilicity of the surface stably and the CA value only slightly increases to 60 ° after the test. TiO 2 / PES composite membrane showed better anti-pollution performance in the dead-end filtration test of humic acid aqueous solution (2 mg / L). After 8 cycles of operation, the composite membrane flux was about 21% higher than that of PES original membrane. In addition, by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) observation shows that, TiO 2 / PES composite membrane has good antibacterial activity.
