利用聚丙烯凝胶酶电泳技术对棱果沙棘等三种三亚种的酯酶(EST)、苹果酸酶(ME)、苹果酸脱氢酶(MDH)和过氧化物酶(PER)等四种酶的同工酶进行了检测,并进行了相似性分析和二维排序。结果表明:1)同种内不同亚种之间相似系数最高、排序距离最近,说明其类群划分自然合理。2)同种内亚种之间的相似系数随着种的进化水平逐渐降低的事实,似乎说明进化过程也是遗传趋异加大的过程。3)棱果沙棘及其亚种与其它类群的相似系数比较表明棱果沙棘在进化进程中的桥梁作用。4)四种同工酶酶谱谱带分析,不支持棱果沙棘是通过杂交起源的观点。5)云南沙棘有可能是棱果沙棘的祖种类群。
Polyphenylene-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE) was used to determine the EST, ME, MDH and PER of three species of Siberian sea buckthorn. Enzyme isoenzymes were tested and analyzed for similarity and two-dimensional sequencing. The results showed that: 1) the highest similarity coefficient among different subspecies within the same species, the closest sorting distance, indicating that its taxonomic nature is reasonable. 2) The fact that the similarity coefficient between species of the same species gradually decreases with the level of evolution of the species seems to indicate that the evolutionary process is also a process of increasing genetic divergence. 3) The comparison of the similarity coefficient of Prickly heat sea-buckthorn and its subspecies with other taxa indicates that the sea-buckthorn has the bridge role in the evolutionary process. 4) Four isozymes zymogram analysis, does not support the perspective of the origin of hybrid fruit. 5) Yunnan seabuckthorn may be the ancestral species of sea buckthorn.
