提出了一种三维实体混合单元模型来分析汽轮机叶片静态和动态应力。考虑到转动叶片的刚性变化,静应力的计算采用了非线性方法,在分析叶片的动频后,应用模态迭加法计算了叶片的响应,得到了叶片的动态应力。从文中的实际叶片算例可以看出,所提供的分析模型可以精确直观地反映叶片的静态和动态应力状况,为工程中实际叶片的固有频率和静动应力分析提供了强有力的工具
A three-dimensional solid hybrid element model is proposed to analyze the static and dynamic stress of steam turbine blades. Considering the change of the rigidity of rotating blade, the static stress is calculated by nonlinear method. After analyzing the dynamic frequency of blade, the response of blade is calculated by modal superposition method, and the dynamic stress of blade is obtained. It can be seen from the practical examples in the paper that the analysis model provided can accurately and directly reflect the static and dynamic stress conditions of the blade and provide a powerful tool for the analysis of the natural frequency and the static stress of the actual blade in the project
