随着城市建设的不断发展,城市园林建设得到越来越多的关注,园林工程可以有效的改善城市内部生态环境,增加绿化面积,但是园林工程的施工管理目前尚不完善,经常出现各种各样的施工管理问题,进而影响工程进度以及工程质量。因此,加强施工管理工作对于园林工程项目建设具有重要的意义。
