23.什么是质量保证? 质量保证(Quality Atturance,缩写为QA)为使人们确信某一产品,过程或服务质量能满足规定的质量要求所必需的有计划、有系统的全部活动。质量保证分为内部质量保证和外部质量保证。内部质量保证是使企业领导确信本企业产品或过程的质量满足规定要求所进行的活动,其目的是使企业领导对本企业的产品质量放心;外部质量保证是为使需方确信供方的产品或过程的质量满足其所规定的要求所进行的活动。
23. What is Quality Assurance? Quality Assurance (QA) is the planned, systematic, and all-inclusive activity necessary to convince people that a product, process or service quality meets specified quality requirements. Quality assurance is divided into internal quality assurance and external quality assurance. Internal quality assurance is an activity that enables business leaders to make sure that the quality of the company’s products or processes meets regulatory requirements. Its purpose is to ensure that business leaders are assured of the quality of their products; external quality assurance is to make sure the buyer is confident of the supplier’s products or The quality of the process meets the activities required by its stated requirements.
