目的通过检测妊娠期高血压疾病患者血清中s Flt-1、PLGF浓度,探讨s Flt-1/PLGF比值在子痫前期患者临床中的可能应用价值。方法选择2013年3月-2014年10月苏州大学附属第一医院收治的子痫前期患者,其中早发型(Early onset preeclampsia,E-PE)30例,晚发型(Late onset preeclampsia,L-PE)58例,妊娠期高血压(Gestational Hypertension,GH)25例。并选择同孕周对照组孕妇50例,检测她们血清中s Flt-1、PLGF浓度,分析s Flt-1/PLGF比值的变化,并将其与新生儿出生体重行相关性分析,并利用其作为早发型子痫前期的诊断指标进行ROC曲线分析。结果血清标本中s Flt-1、PLGF的检测结果示早发型子痫前期患者血清中s Flt-1/PLGF比值明显高于其他各组并且与新生儿出生体重呈负相关,将该比值用作诊断指标时其曲线下面积为0.975。重度晚发型子痫前期s Flt-1/PLGF比值大于轻度晚发型子痫前期。所有子痫前期患者,随着母婴并发症总数增多s Flt-1/PLGF比值升高。结论 s Flt-1/PLGF比值对子痫前期患者病情严重程度评估及对早发型子痫前期的诊断具有重要价值,并且可用于预测新生儿出生体重。
Objective To investigate the value of s Flt-1 / PLGF in serum of patients with preeclampsia by detecting s Flt-1 and PLGF concentrations in patients with gestational hypertension. Methods From March 2013 to October 2014, 30 patients with early onset preeclampsia (E-PE) and late onset preeclampsia (L-PE) were enrolled in the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University. 58 cases, gestational hypertension (Gestational Hypertension, GH) 25 cases. Fifty pregnant women of the same gestational age group were selected as the control group. The levels of s Flt-1 and PLGF in their serum were detected, and the ratio of s Flt-1 / PLGF was analyzed. In all patients with preeclampsia, the s Flt-1 / PLGF ratio increased as the total number of maternal and infant complications increased. Conclusion The s Flt-1 / PLGF ratio is of great value in assessing the severity of preeclampsia and early diagnosis of preeclampsia and can be used to predict the birth weight of newborns.
