目的 探讨骨巨细胞瘤 Jaffe病理分级与增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)、微血管密度以及 DNA含量的关系。 方法 将 36例骨巨细胞瘤进行免疫组织化学 SP法染色和 Feulgen染色 ,在 Olym pus显微镜 (10× 2 0倍 )下进行 PCNA和微血管密度的计数 ,并应用 Video Pro32彩色图像分析系统进行 DNA含量和倍体测定。 结果 骨巨细胞瘤 级、 级和 级的 PCNA平均值分别是 132 .6 1,10 5 .0 5和 76 .6 1;DNA含量平均值分别是 1.2 1,1.2 7和 1.34;微血管密度平均值是 2 2 .342 9,2 2 .2 72 7和 2 6 .0 5 71。经统计学方差分析发现各病理分级之间的 PCNA、微血管密度的计数和 DNA含量差异均无显著性 (P>0 .0 5 )。 结论 传统的 Jaffe病理分级可能在反映骨巨细胞瘤的生物学行为方面还不够完善
Objective To investigate the relationship between Jaffe pathological grade and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA), microvessel density and DNA content in giant cell tumor of bone. Methods Thirty-six cases of giant cell tumor of bone were stained by SP immunohistochemistry and Feulgen staining. PCNA and microvessel density were counted under an Olympus microscope (10×20 times), and DNA content was analyzed using Video Pro32 color image analysis system. And ploidy determination. Results The mean PCNA values of giant cell tumor grades, grades and grades were 132.61, 105.05, and 76.61, respectively; the mean DNA contents were 1.2 1, 1.2 7 and 1.34, respectively; mean microvessel density. It is 2 2 .342 9,2 2 .2 72 7 and 2 6 .0 5 71. Statistical analysis of variance found that there was no significant difference in PCNA, microvessel density count, and DNA content between pathological grades (P>0.05). Conclusion The traditional pathological grade of Jaffe may not reflect the biological behavior of giant cell tumor of bone.
