某型轴流式压气机高压一级转子叶片出现大幅振动,并且振动频率不是转频的整阶次,即叶片非同步振动。对叶片的激励可能来源于气动和非定常流场,就包含了声场。为了研究叶片出现非同步振动时的压气机声场,在压气机机匣内壁上对压气机噪声进行测量。通过分析得知,噪声信号特征频率的出现与叶片非同步振动同时出现,主要影响因素有压气机转速、结构调节状态等参数。
A certain type of axial flow compressor high-pressure rotor blade appeared a substantial vibration, and the vibration frequency is not the whole order of frequency conversion, that is, non-synchronous vibration of the blade. Excitation of the blade may come from the aerodynamic and unsteady flow field, it contains the sound field. In order to study the compressor sound field when the blade appears unsynchronized vibration, the compressor noise is measured on the inner wall of the compressor casing. The analysis shows that the appearance of the characteristic frequency of the noise signal appears simultaneously with the unsynchronized vibration of the blade. The main influencing factors are the speed of the compressor and the state of structural adjustment.
