周代教育伦理的主要特点有:明确教育的社会功能,坚持教育入世的价值取向;重视礼仪教育的作用,奠定中国礼仪之邦的基础;注重教育与社会发展相适应,促进教育的持续发展。借鉴周代教育伦理就要重视教育的社会功能,把教育作为社会稳定、和谐发展的基础性工程;加强学校礼仪教育,提高青少年综合素质;适应和谐社会发展的需要,积极稳妥地调整教育结构。
The main features of the ethics of education in the Zhou dynasty include: clarifying the social function of education, adhering to the value orientation of education after joining the WTO; attaching importance to the role of etiquette education and laying the foundation of the state of ceremonies in China; paying attention to the conformity of education and social development and promoting the sustainable development of education. Drawing lessons from the education ethics of the Zhou Dynasty, we should attach importance to the social function of education and take education as the basic project of social stability and harmonious development. We should strengthen the educational etiquette education in schools and improve the overall quality of young people. To adapt to the needs of the development of a harmonious society, we should actively and steadily adjust the educational structure.
