本实验观察了1,25(OH)_2D_3对模拟失重大鼠骨质代谢的影响。结果表明,补充1,25(OH)_2D_3显著提高模拟失重大鼠肠钙吸收,增加胫骨骨形成率,和血钙、血磷浓度。对肠ALP活性和骨钙、骨磷含量作用不明显。同时观察到模拟失重大鼠肾脏MDA含量显著增加,肝脏MDA含量增加不明显。结果提示,在失重或模拟失重条件下,用1,25(OH)_2D_3可改善骨质代谢。
The experiment observed 1,25 (OH) _2 D_3 on bone metabolism in rats after simulated weightlessness. The results showed that supplementation of 1,25 (OH) _2D_3 significantly increased intestinal calcium absorption, increased tibia bone formation rate, and serum calcium and serum phosphorus concentrations in simulated weightless rats. Right ALP activity and bone calcium, bone phosphorus content of the role is not obvious. At the same time, it was observed that the content of MDA in kidneys of simulated weightless rats increased significantly, while the content of MDA in liver increased obviously. The results suggest that 1,25 (OH) _2D_3 can improve bone metabolism under conditions of weightlessness or simulated weightlessness.
