目的:研究电离辐射全身照射和局部照射对大鼠伤口液中细胞因子变化的影响及苯妥英钠的作用。方法:以大鼠背部置入聚乙烯醇海绵的切口伤为模型,收集伤口液,以生物活性法分别测定其中细胞因子TNF-α、IL-1、TGF-β、PDGF的活性水平。结果:6Gy全身辐射后3d、5d、8d,伤口液中细胞因子TNF-α、IL-1、TGF-β、PDGF的活性水平明显下降,20Gy局部辐射后伤口液中TNF-α、IL-1的活性水平在第3天或3d、5d,以及IL-1、TGF-β的活性水平在第13天明显升高;苯妥英钠对非辐射组和辐射组伤口液中的细胞因子水平都有明显的提高。结论:全身辐射造成愈合延迟与伤口局部细胞因子水平的下降有关,而局部辐射后细胞因子水平增加的意义有待探讨;苯妥英钠能提高伤口液中细胞因子的水平而有利于创伤愈合
Objective: To study the effects of whole body irradiation and local irradiation with ionizing radiation on the changes of cytokines in wound fluid of rats and the effect of phenytoin sodium. Methods: The incisional wounds of rats with polyvinyl alcohol sponge were used as models to collect the wound fluid. The activity of cytokines such as TNF-α, IL-1, TGF-β and PDGF were measured by bioactivity method. RESULTS: The levels of cytokines TNF-α, IL-1, TGF-β and PDGF in the wound fluid decreased significantly after 6 Gy whole-body irradiation on the 3rd, 5th and 8th day after irradiation.
