元认知是指认知主体关于自己认知过程、认知结果及相关活动的知识,既包括对当前正在进行的认知过程和自我认知能力以及相互作用的认知,也包括对这些过程的积极监控和调节。元认知由个人知识、任务知识及策略知识三部分组成。元认知在二语听力过程中起着重要作用。本文主要是基于农业院校非英语专业本科生听力的元认知意识,围绕建立有效课堂进行实证研究。
