为促使公路运输更加安全快捷,国家制定了一系列新的政策,但这些也有可能给物流业带来新的成本增加。为进一步严格大中型客货车驾驶人管理,改进驾驶人考试制度,提高社会管理和服务群众水平,公安部日前发布了修订后的《机动车驾驶证申领和使用规定》(公安部令第123号,以下简称123号令)。而为促进物流配送的更加安全快捷,国家也在今年制定了一系列的货运车辆标准及其配送标准。
