试验以池塘养殖斑点叉尾鮰为对象,研究在高纤维饲料中添加酵母培养物(达农威水产益康DVAQUATM)对其成活率、生长和饲料系数的影响。饲料蛋白含量为32%。低纤维饲料中的粗纤维含量为4%,高纤维饲料中的粗纤维含量为10%。试验在12个面积为0.05~0.07公顷的池塘中进行,试验鱼放养密度为13,590条/公顷。试验共设3个处理组,分别为低纤维饲料组、高纤维饲料组和高纤维饲料+酵母培养物组。每个处理组设4个重复,养殖周期为20周。研究结果表明,虽然各处理组之间在生产性能方面差异不显著(P>0.05),但饲喂酵母培养物的处理组在成活率、鱼体增重、每平方米产量和饲料系数方面均表现出一定的优势。与饲喂含高纤维和低纤维饲料的处理组相比较,添加酵母培养物使得鮰鱼体重分别增加了10.6%和18.6%,单位面积产量分别提高了13.6%和14.8%,饲料转化效率分别提高了5.2%和20.0%。因此,饲料中添加酵母培养物可提高斑点叉尾鮰的生长性能。
The experiment was conducted to study the effects of adding yeast culture (DVAQUATM) to high-fiber diet on its survival rate, growth and feedstuff coefficient. Feed protein content of 32%. The crude fiber content in the low-fiber diet was 4% and the crude fiber content in the high-fiber diet was 10%. The experiment was conducted in 12 ponds with an area of 0.05-0.07 hectares and the stocking density of the test fish was 13,590 barges per hectare. Compared with the treatment group fed with high fiber diet and low fiber diet, the addition of yeast culture increased the body weight of mandarin fish by 10.6% and 18.6%, the yield per unit area increased by 13.6% and 14.8%, respectively, and the feed conversion efficiency increased 5.2% and 20.0%. Therefore, adding yeast culture to feed improves the growth performance of Channel Catfish.
