本文根据有关医学专家提出的12条智力低下患儿的早期表现对海南岛53例0～7岁智低患儿的早期表现进行了临床分析,并在12条的基础上加以补充。结果表明:本文的调查结果与12条的提法基本相符,其不同之处,在补充两条中56％以上均有语言和动作发育迟慢的临床表现。笔者认为14条中的第1、2、7、13、14条可作为智低患儿的早期筛查主要参考指标,余者可作为次要筛查参考指标。
This article based on the medical experts put forward 12 cases of mental retardation in children with early manifestations of Hainan Island 53 cases of 0 to 7-year-old children with mental retardation early clinical analysis, and on the basis of 12 to be supplemented. The results show that the findings of this article are basically in accordance with the formulation of Article 12, and the difference is that more than 56% of the two supplements have clinical manifestations of slow language and motor development. I believe that the first 12, 12, 13, 13 can be used as the early screening of children with low IQ primary reference indicators, the remaining can be used as a secondary screening reference index.
