“医生离不开听诊器,农机修理工也离不开“听诊器”,如果你使用自制车用“听诊器”就会得出上述结论。拖拉机、汽车及其它动力机械发生故障时,有70％伴随着有声音异常。传统诊断方法是改锥(起子)传音来听诊,但受改锥长度无法触及转动件等限制。为克服不足,可用医用听诊器改制。 改制方法:拆掉听诊器的探音头,找一支改锥,锯掉柄部,留下长100～200毫米的改锥杆。制作时,改锥杆的粗细能插入软管而不会自行掉落为宜。
