测量并研究了不同温度(室温—1573K)范围内KTN晶体的拉曼光谱及其熔体的高温拉曼光谱,分析了KTN晶体结构随温度变化的规律及其熔体的结构特征.随着温度的升高,KTN晶体的拉曼光谱谱峰都不同程度地向低波数方向移动,同时存在不同程度的展宽,并伴随强度的减弱.观察并解释了温度353K附近KTN晶体样品的四方—立方转相现象.研究了KTN晶体拉曼光谱中538cm-1,585cm-1,835cm-1和877cm-1谱峰及其熔体高温拉曼光谱中868cm-1谱峰的出现、消失、峰强变化等特殊现象.在KTN高温熔体中,[Ta/NbO6]八面体结构基团消失,而大量的Ta/NbO双键以[Ta/NbO3]-结构基团的形式存在,即熔体中存在的是[Ta/NbO3]-生长基元.
The Raman spectra of KTN crystal at different temperatures (room temperature-1573K) and its high temperature Raman spectra were measured and studied. The regularity of the crystal structure of KTN with temperature and the structural characteristics of the melt were analyzed. , The Raman peak of KTN crystal shifts to lower wavenumber to some extent, and at the same time, it has some degree of broadening accompanied with the decrease of intensity.We observe and explain the square-cubic transformation of KTN crystal near 353K Phase phenomena in the Raman spectra of KTN crystals were investigated.The results show that the appearance of peaks at 538cm-1, 585cm-1, 835cm-1 and 877cm-1 in Raman spectrum of KTN crystal and the appearance of peak at 868cm- Phenomenon. In the KTN high temperature melt, the [Ta / NbO6] octahedral structural group disappears and a large number of Ta / NbO double bonds exist in the form of [Ta / NbO3] - structural group, that is, [Ta / NbO3] - growth motif.
