新生代农民工已经成为我国产业转型、经济提速、社会稳定的中坚力量,其价值取向对整个社会的发展具有重要影响。本文通过对2571位新生代农民工的问卷调查,分析新生代农民工在理性、经济、社会、政治、城市感知等方面的价值取向,并研究影响其价值取向的主要因素,形成对新生代农民工价值取向的一般性和特殊性的基本判断,提出政策主张:加快建立城乡一体的户籍制度;加强初次就业指导和创业服务;营造良好的社会和企业环境;强化对新生代农民工群体的科学价值观教育培训等。
The new generation of migrant workers has become the backbone of China’s industrial restructuring, economic growth and social stability. Its value orientation has an important influence on the development of the entire society. This paper analyzes the value orientation of the new generation of migrant workers in rationality, economy, society, politics and city perception through the questionnaire survey of 2,571 new-generation migrant workers and studies the main factors that affect their value orientation, Proposed Policy Proposal: Accelerate the Establishment of Household Registration System in Urban and Rural Areas; Strengthen Initial Employment Guidance and Entrepreneurship Services; Create a Good Social and Business Environment; Strengthen the Science of the New Generation Migrant Workers’ Population Value education and training.
